Dzdash is a wholesale ordering platform operated by Dgone: a dashboard for wholesalers and a mobile/web app for their clients. This policy explains what data we collect when you use dzdash.net, web.dzdash.net, app.dzdash.net or the Dzdash mobile app, and how we use and protect it.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number and store name when you create an account.
  • Google Sign-In data: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
  • Business data: the catalog, products, prices, orders and payment statuses you record on the platform.
  • Technical data: device type, operating system and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your data

  • Creating your account, signing you in and verifying your identity.
  • Operating the platform: displaying catalogs, receiving and tracking orders, and connecting wholesalers with their clients.
  • Contacting you about your account, your orders or service updates.
  • Improving the platform and protecting it against abuse.

Google user data

Data received from Google (name, email address, profile picture) is used exclusively to create your account and sign you in. We never sell it, never share it with third parties, and never use it for advertising.

Dzdash's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

We never sell your data. Order data is shared only between a wholesaler and their client to fulfil an order (e.g. the wholesaler sees the client's name and order). We may use technical service providers (hosting, notifications) that process data on our behalf and under our instructions only.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to admin@dgone.net; we will delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep some of it.

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS and stored with trusted hosting providers under strict access controls.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
