Terms of Service

The service

Dzdash connects wholesalers with their clients: a wholesaler opens a store and builds a catalog, and clients join with the store code to browse products and place orders. Dzdash is a technical intermediary only; sales, delivery and payment happen directly between the wholesaler and their client.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a wholesaler account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or to list prohibited products.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the platform or disrupt it.
• Do not publish misleading or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Orders and payments

Orders placed through the platform are a direct agreement between the wholesaler and the client. Dzdash does not process payments and does not guarantee the availability, quality or delivery of products.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between wholesalers and clients, or for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria.
